Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible in assisting HR Manager to manage and directs all human resource (HR) tasks and ensuring an organization’s entire HR Department performs well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment activities including posting job advertisement, data input for recruitment database, interview arrangement, test, background check and follow up till recruit stage
- Collaborate with Head of Production and department HODs to compile a consistent list of requirements and developing job descriptions
- Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll functions that include preparation and processing monthly payroll
- To assist in FKW recruitment including data input, documentations preparation, documentations submission, liaising with government agencies
- Knowledge and understanding of employment law : statutory leave (maternity/paternity/adoption leave), redundancies, disciplinary issues, dismissals
- Preparation of employment, confirmation, promotion and other HR-related letters
- Liaise with Chief Operating Officer and Head of Production on contract renewal and consultancy agreement for staff
- Dealing with general enquiries (eg. queries regarding the company’s internal policies, procedures and HR Processes, helping with queries relating to Medical Insurance claims, liaising with employees and panel clinics, etc)
- To support Finance, HR, General Office Administrative & management team if required
- Managing all licenses related to company & company insurance group policies to ensure to renew before it’s expiry date
- Follow up with the related monthly bills and to ensure that payment has been made
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance if needed
- To assist in purchase of pantry stuff, stationery & office equipment
- Supervise cleaner on office cleanliness and staff’s apartment
- Assist HR Manager in any ad-hoc tasks
Required Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in I-City, Shah Alam
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as a team
- Able to work under pressure and multi task
- Experience in general office administration work
- Must possess a driving license
