The second season of Moominvalley brought the beloved Moomins and their extended family back to our screens and living rooms.

The Emmy® nominated animated TV series Moominvalley produced by Gutsy Animations and animation services provided by Anima got a second season in 2019/2020 (UK/Finland). The series is based on the beloved Moomin stories by Finnish-Swedish author and artist Tove Jansson.  

Anima as a service studio was responsible for the production of the series starting from layout and animation all the way to light and comp. 

The creative team behind the TV series includes Gutsy creative director and executive producer Marika Makaroff; Oscar®-winning director Steve Box and Emmy®-winning writing duo Mark Huckerby and Nick Ostler.
